Retained Search
When we engage in a retained search, weform a true partnership withour client. This begins with a deep understanding of their requirements, including site visits to offices or plants and meetings or calls with key stakeholders.
Once the search is underway, we hold weekly or biweekly progress calls to maintain consistent communication. This is more than just sending CVs—it’s about bringing the market to our clients. We provide detailed industry insights, competitor analysis, and real-time market feedback to ensure our clients make informed decisions.
Our closing rate for retained searches is close to 100%, unless the client decides to cancel the role.
Interim Management Solutions
Did an employee just resign unexpectedly, leaving you concerned it may take 3-4 months to find a replacement? Or do you need to confidentially transition someone out while ensuring the role is immediately covered?
In such cases, interim management can be the solution. We provide experienced professionals who can step in right away to fill critical roles on a temporary basis, keeping your operations running smoothly.
Contingency Search
While we primarily focus on retained search, we do offer contingency-based cooperation as an option.
In this model, we share suitable CVs with the client when we have them on hand. However, without a formal commitment from the client, we do not allocate dedicated resources to actively source new profiles, hold regular progress calls, or provide in-depth market insights.
This service is ideal for companies seeking a more flexible, lower-commitment solution.
Our Process
1Step 1: Role Intake
We begin by meeting with the client to fully understand the key requirements of the role. This includes defining the job description, identifying target companies, outlining the interview process, and establishing the project timeline.
2Step 2: Candidate Sourcing
We leverage multiple channels to identify top talent, including our company database, LinkedIn, Liepin (and other local job boards), referrals, advertisements, and cold outreach.
For selected candidates, we conduct detailed, in-person interviews to assess their fit and qualifications.
3Step 3: Candidate Recommendation& Debrief
Within 2-4 weeks of the role intake, we provide a shortlist of 3-5 qualified candidates, along with an in-depth profile summary for each.
We recommend a follow-up call with the client to review the candidates and discuss feedback.
4Step 4: Interviews
We coordinate and schedule interviews for the selected candidates.
After each round, we follow up with both the client and candidates to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
5Step 5: Final Stage & Offer
We narrow down the pool to 1-2 finalists, from which the client selects the preferred candidate to extend an offer.
Our offer acceptance rate is very high, thanks to our thorough candidate qualification process.
6Step 6: Offer Acceptance to Onboarding
We support both the client and candidate throughout the pre-onboarding phase. This includes:
- Helping the candidate plan their resignation.
- Managing potential counteroffers.
- Assisting with reference checks.
- Ensuring the client stays regularly engaged with the candidate until their start date.
7Step 7: Post-Onboarding Support
From onboarding through the candidate’s probation period, we maintain regular follow-ups with both the client and candidate to gather feedback and address
any concerns.Beyond probation, we recommend bi-monthly or quarterly check-ins to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
