Meet Our Team
Jared Sussman
Jared is from the United States with roughly 10 years of experience living and working in China. His team is focused on helping foreign companies place leadership positions in general management, sales, finance, HR strategy.
Being bilingual in English and Mandarin, Jared is able to act as a communication bridge between headquarters and China, giving global leaders a comprehensive and transparent understanding of what is happening in the China market.
Throughout his 7 years of experience working in the recruitment industry in China, Jared has built a strong network of high caliber contacts. His network along with the trust he has built with candidates in the China market, enables him to be able to constantly find and retain top tier talent for his clients.
Kate Wang
Kate has 10 years of recruitment experience in China and Singapore. In Talent Accelerate, her team is focused on helping foreign companies recruit leadership positions in procurement, supply chain, and operations.
Given Kate's experience living abroad in Singapore she has built a strong network in APAC region and globally. This, along with her bilingual language skills, has enabled her to become a trusted partner for companies growing in China.
Additionally, Kate comes from a procurement background, which helps her to better understand her clients' needs and ultimately allows her to continuously find them top talents that contribute to their companies' long-term growth.
